Oh this is killing me. :( I know it's me who has to decide but I am so tensed for the last 3 weeks and I saw few people posting their problems here so I decided to post mine. This is a little bit complicated. I was in a relationship with this guy which started five and half years back. We both loved each other and we both were committed even for marriage. We both were in Nepal at that time. Then he came to US and I was left alone. He used to write emails and sometimes even give me calls. For some reason, after few months, he completely cut off the contacts. I thought he dumped me. I went through a mental trauma for having to lose him. It still gives me creeps by remembering those days. I came to US three years back (2.5 years after it happened). Just few months back, I was proposed by this guy who goes to the same school where I go. Although I did not love him initially, I could not help and accepted his proposal. We have been dating for 6 months and I have started to like him more than before. He is a very nice person, very caring and modest. I was thinking that I have found my Mr. right. But just a month back, my ex contacted me surprisingly. He got my number from one of our common friends. We talked over the phone all night, and he explained me about the tension of work/study he was going through at that time, which kept him away from keeping in touch with me while I was in Nepal. He told me that he still loves me like anything and even will marry with me if need be. I am not sure what to tell him. I had almost forgotten him, but he came back again all of a sudden. I don't want to leave my current bf as well, he has been extremely sincere with me so far. I am in trap. What should I do? :(

But you know now what you should be doing? As I said.......! You should let both know about it and discuss and get to the conclusion. If you don't let them know now then you would never know who is the Mr. Right. Trust me once you let them know you will know who is who. The right Mr. will give you a good advise and will be with no matter what the decision will be. True lover will always be with you this way or that way. You know what I'm saying! You better work with your brain not with your heart.

Not too sure if it is a real situation or not, coz we see too many fake stories here in Sajha. Apologies for doubting, if indeed it is a true story. If it is, then here's my two cents. Marry the person that loves you, not just the one you love. In your case, it seems from outside that both love you. But your ex was okay with giving you up under pressure of work/study abroad. There is a good likelihood he could do the same again...right? Now the other person, do you love him? I am not asking if you like him or not. He hasn't been tested like your ex, so you cannot say he stands out from the herd, but he gets the benefit of doubt. I'd agree with most of the Sajhaites, choose the new flame. Your ex is back because he didn't find anyone better..he will probably leave you if he does. The other one gets the benefit of doubt.

Bostongirl How can you say that she was not his priority then and she is not going to be his priorities now. Yeah.. it is fair to speculate but is is not fair to be absolutely certain. If you can say this about her EX then you have just opened the door for speculation about her current boyfriend as well and all her future boyfriends. What if her current boyfriend takes her out of his list of priorities lets say two years from now and calls/emails to her with an intention to get back together 4 years later just as her EX is doing right now.

YOUR SOLUTION IS CLEAR - ASK WHY THE ONE WHO DUMPED YOU FIVE YEARS BACK HAS ANY FEELINGS FOR YOU AND WHAT IS THE ASSURANCE THAT HE WILL NOT REPEAT THE SAME THINGS AGAIN. YOU HAVE TO GIVE UP YOUR TEMPTATIONS AND BE REALISTIC. IF THE GUY REALLY LOVED YOU HE WOULD NOT WAIT THIS LONG TO GET HOLD OF YOU...IF HE MADE A MISTAKE HEAR IT FROM HIS MOUTH WHAT AND WHY HE MADE THE MISTAKE...THE TRUTH WILL COME OUT ITSELF. GOOD LUCK!!

Before wasting yours and everybody else time by trying to make up mind on which guy’s proposal you should accept, please have a good conversation with your parents first. Most likely, they have already looked for Mr. Right for you and either of your two so-called current “Boy Friends†may not qualify as an ideal son-in-law to them. Nepali kukur ko American Bhukai!!!!

Been in the same situation.....................( I totally undersatnd that your circumstances might be different)........after more than a year of comming here in the US...........This Gurl totally stopped writing me (E-mails).........didnt contact me or it seemed she just dissappeared ............. I tried a lot....to call and contact her but failed......Hurt me a lot tooo.....I sacrificed a lot.......Then I met my Present gurl...Wonderful as she is ....picked up the broken peices of my heart .... gave me a new meaning of love and trust.......couple months.later ........I got an e-mail from the X......on Valentines day.......I had just returned from my date with my present love...........I was torn..........but it was clear that I couldnt break my presents heart because ....she fixed it and ..............I called My X back and asked her Why she ignored me???? She gave me a long heart warming sad story...........I was again torn apart........I called a common friend in Nepal..........and found out that She had been dating another guy after a yeas or so.......and recently she had been dumped real bad by this guy.....and soon after that she contacted me to recover i guess.................Well for me decision making was real clear.....so I gave her hope for a couple of months like I was still in love with her....Made her love me like crazy and then ...I DUMPED HER...........SCHWEET!!!!

Madddogg..i guess shopping is so much easier and quicker for guys..thats probably why guys don't enjoy the experience but they just love the product..which they will hang on to forever..and for girls..we shop till we drop.....and they return the same stuff the next day..and keep repeating the process..until we get approved my the whole world...and as soon as we use it...there comes another season to shop

Hushpuppy You got it...that is the greatest thing about 'free market economy'..lots of 'shoppers' and lots of 'sellers' as well. We (guys) understand the very nature of shoppers and that is reason why we put ourselves on display at many shops as possible (meaning having multiple affairs at the same time) so the odds of being picked up by the 'shoppers' is greatly multiplied. As soon as a shopper picks us up we "bang" the shopper (and offer the product satisfaction to the shopper)...and we are on the loose again to put ourselves on display somewhere else looking to be picked up by another shopper. The only complain we (seller) sometimes get from the 'shoppers' is the medical condition called 'pregnency'.

Khaobadi , you do realise that most shoppers once they use the products, they destroy it - like a fire cracker and/or also dispose them without any regret or looking back -like a tampon by flushing it down the toilet....and also buy product to pet and turn them into slaves for rest of the life..like little cute puppy.., don't you?? Think about stock buy and sell now, nobody buys them anymore..because they are too expensive , but then youhave bunch of options , you can always opt to act as if you are buying but you will actually be selling it at a time nobody is expecting.....you really have to be pretty smart...to understand what the game is all about...see the link: http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com/Investing/CompanyFocus/BattleOfTheBillionaires.aspx TSK TSK I must say shopping is a very complicated experience..but also exuberant ..that all of us either end up being shoppers and/ or sellers and..until one fine day the shops close down.. hehehehe...make sense? no make sense? i thot so too..hehhehhee
