singapore is the only country that does not requie visa for nepalese .Because of the gurkhas working as police there i think .

Daniel Dude on last thread "Pride of Nepal---the Gurkhas" you wrote the conversation with the Cab Driver remember!
then you wrote (conversation with immigration officer to be followed) and left.

therefore can you write dwon your conversation with the immigration officer.

Countries Nepalis don't need to have visa are:
NEPAL
India
Singapore (14 days) then need to extend on the basic of purpose of visit!

Other countries: when they see your GREEN Nepali Passport they look at you suspiously!
I was in Bangkok airport. they thought i was a Chinese/Japanese. Then when they saw my passport damn hell broke loose.

Other time when i was at Narita Airport i was mistaken for the local or Chinese again. then when i submitted my passport hell broke loose.

so embrassing to be nepali..........!

Sure Man --- Amazing!

You need VISA not only to travel to Thailand but also TRANSIT VISA EVEN IF YOUR ARE NOT GOING OUT OF IMMIGRATION BUT YOU INTEND TO STAY MORE THAN 12 HOURS.

Best of luck!

In Thai airport they treat Nepali very bad. Even in the Thai Airlines. The visa issuing officer was very rude and denied to let me go out for 12 hours outside the transit.

Just one and half month ago I travelled via BKK airport. My transit was for 16 hours. However, I didn't know I need visa to stay there for more than 12 hours. But they didn't ask me for anything. I just gave my ticket and PP and they gave me boarding pass. That's all.
Is it really true or hoax ???? that you need visa for transit in BKK airport?? Clear me plz.
