Can i adopt a Nepalese child in Kathmandu and bring him/her to the USA?

yes you can, or even better, if you can bring the kid here and then adopt them here, its much easier, as long as the kid is under 18

dont you know before you adopt the child.. the us law clearly says the pplz who wants to adopt the child should stay in that country for like 2 years
