I really like this mantra;
Mediate this mantra, and Understand it, really gives me a piece of mind, and releases stress.
Just wanted to share.

From delusion lead me to truth
From darkness lead me to light
From death lead me to immortality.
आशातोमा सत् गमय:
तमसोमा ज्योतिर गमय:
मृत्योरमा आमृतम गमय:

He who knows both knowledge and action, with action overcomes death and with knowledge reaches immortality.
विद्यम: कविद्यम: क: यस्
तद वेदोभयम सह:
अविद्यय मृत्योम तिर्टिभीअ:
विद्यय: आमृतम: अस्नुते

In him are woven the sky and the earth and all the regions of the air, and in him rest the mind and all the powers of life.
Know him as the ONE and leave aside all other words. He is the bridge of immortality.
यस्मिन: द्यौह: पृथ्वी कन्तरिक्षाम वटाम
मनह् सह प्रनैस् क सर्वैह् तम्
एवैकम जनाथा अत्मनम अन्या वकाह
विमुन्कथाम्र्तस्य ईशाह सेतुह

Beyond the senses is the mind, and beyond the mind is reason, its essence.
Beyond reason is the Spirit in man, and beyond this is the Spirit of the Universe, the evolver of all.
इन्दृयेभ्यह् परम् मनो
मनसह् सत्त्वम् उत्तमम्
सत्त्वद् अधि महन् अत्म
महतो व्यक्तम् उत्तमम्

When the five senses and the mind are still, and reason itself rests in silence, then begins the Path supreme.
यद पन्कवतिस्थन्ते
ज्नननि मनस सह
बुद्धिस् क न विकेस्तते
तम् अहुह् परमम् गतिम्

य: य: य: य: यदा यदाय
य: य: य: य: यदा यदा यदा यदा
यदा यदा यदा यदा यदा

And when he is seen in his immanence and transcendence,
then the ties that have bound the heart are unloosened,
the doubts of the mind vanish, and the law of Karma works no more.
भिद्यते ह्र्दयग्रन्थिस्
चिद्यन्ते सर्वसम्सयह्
क्सियन्ते कस्य कर्माणि
तस्मिन् द्र्स्ते परवरे
