Mac users, give some honest opinions about Macintosh. Do you think Mac is as "user friendly" as Windows?

well, if you are new to OS X, then you'll find it to be different than windows, and might even possibly think that its worse than windows. But once you start using it for some time, it is much easier to use and makes a lot more sense than windows. it doesn't crash as often as windows either.

I use both, but OS X is far superior IMO. Things just work ! you wont have to sit around fixing one thing after another on ur OS just to get a simple task done.

Just give it a try ... unless you do, i dont think you can choose between the two:)

A mac is solid and the same speed from day one till it gets old. You know folks how windows get slow over time and thats because of the rigister build up over time. I hate that abt Pc's and also all the anti-virus software needed. I don't need it for a mac and I always download allot of viruses by accident in exe format that trick me but don't hurt macs! Now with intel chips you can have dual-boot configs with a windows install, I think its the best of both worlds. I use Mac for apps like Photoshop, Maya, Shake and FCP and the windows boot for windows only stuff like um... fusion. One thing I hate abt mac's is they are expensive but I love the designs and innovation apple make.

I think allot of people will say they find windows easier becuase they have only ever used windows.

I like photo booth of Mac.Its very interesting for taking photos.

Yes mac has allot of free softweare int eh system the bundel is called Ilife and is easy to learn. Ilife means you can make movies with I movie, it very easy to connect a video camera to a Mac. Iphoto is for photo's and I web makes it easy for anyone to make a website but I really liek garageband. People who play guitars can connect it to the mac and rocord it and edit over drum loops and tracks. It is amazing!!!!!!!
