Is that your money or you robbed the bank. If its your money you don't need no documents to sent it from nepal to you. But if you robbed the bank or if your dad was a Khusiya and thats how he made that money then in that case its your call.

you can wire transfer it, all you need is a routing number of the bank and your account number. open an account in nepal in your name, u can do that from thamel.com too, i think its kumari bank, have your folks deposite that money in your account, with joint costodial, and then wire transdfer from your account in nepal to here in US.

that way everything is legal and safe.
