Yes, there are some universities that accept IELTS. i did the same.

if its ur day u dont even need to do IELTS or TOEFL, two of my frens applied without these and still got VISA, so dont panic just chill and if ur lucky enough wait for america dream of thrill....and watch out for the grillz...
