On an unpublicized date following the end of this year's lottery period, a computer will randomly select applications from among all the qualified applications received. If your application is selected, you will be sent a notification letter that provides further instructions and contains information on fees connected with immigration to the United States. (Spouses and unmarried children of successful applicants under age 21 may also apply for visas to accompany or follow to join the successful applicant.) Winners who are living abroad will be instructed to file a formal application at the nearest US consular office; those already living in the US will be instructed to apply at the nearest branch of the Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) for a change of status. All notification letters will be sent between May and June 2007. Only winners will be contacted. US embassies and consulates will not be able to provide a list of successful applicants. The online registration period for the DV-2009 Program will begin on October 4, 2006 and will end at noon EST on January 6, 2008.

Only about 240 names for 2008 DV lottery. This doesn't sound right. Lets wait and see when the total list comes in.

That's all BS. That list doesn't have any foreign address

The listed dv winners in sites www.edv.com, www.ezone.com.np and in all other nepali sites are those who had applied from nepal or using nepali address. Those are the ones the general post office of nepal had recorded, since the postal mail in Nepal should pass through that office. If someone had used international addresses, then post office of nepal can't have that record and so no one can get that except those correponding winners or unless the post offices of these international addresses reveal them.

You can also check the DV 2008 results for Nepal at www.cardbazar.net. They have listed recepients of First letter with first lot, second lot and third lot results. Good luck.
