This was the most exciting ending to a great league...both Barcelona and Real won their respective games and are level on points..but Real are Campeones for the year 06-07 because of their head to head record with Barcelona...Do u think this is a fair way to decide the winner??I personally feel the winner should be decided on goal difference basis...not that I am a Barcelona fan...its just an opinion... Great ending for Beckham and Roberto Carlos and Jose Antonio Reyes...Capello despite being stubborn has proved again that he is one of the best managers...He has won the league title with every club he has managed..with Real in 95-96...then Roma...Juventus...Milan and now Real again.... Apart from the La liga...the Premier league is building up..transfer market will be buzzing now...GO MAN UTD!!! Man Utd has bought Hargreaves...Nani (dubbed as the next C Ronaldo).....Anderson(dubbed as the next Ronaldinho)....cant wait to see them play this season...Jose!!Beware Man Utd will take all the silverware!!!All we need is a striker now..Lost of names have been cropping up...Berbatov..Torres..Eto'...Huntelaar etc...Who do u guys things Ferguson should buy?? Sadly our dear SMUDGE ALLAN SMITH may leave..I would have sold SAHA instead...

Congrats to Real Madrid But am surprised to see the change the way the ?Man u Fan talk at now.. Aren't they the same supporters who were buzzing so much of spending of Chelsea.. what happened to them.. Why aren't they talking.. Or is it ok if they do it.. so my point is you should trow the stones if you live in the house of stones. Just think about Manu U, Arsenal, Barcelona, Inter, AC Milan, Liverpool and on and on foundation it has been there the elite club with great foundation, Academy and the tradition.. and look out Chelsea well they have no option but to gut big so that they can compete rather be satisfied with top 10 or 14 position. I know lots of friends out here don't agree with me i don't have any thing to say...

J 2302...The spending of Chelsea and Man Utd are almost the same in terms of numbers...but the period over which it has been spent is the difference...Chelsea went all out in the market a few years back and spent almost 300 million RUSSIAN money in just 2-3 years....whereas Man Utd has spent that much over a period of about 9-10 years... The reason is Man Utd build a team...and Chelsea buy a team...A few years back Man Utd bought two youngsters...C Ronaldo and Rooney.. just look at how Sir Alex has incorporated them into a team with veterans such as Scholesy...Giggsy..Man Utd has a perfect blend of youth and experience...it is also because of Fergusons great vision..Whereas Chelsea spend 30 million on a tired arrogant 30 year old... Look at whom Man Utd has bought this season...Owen hargreaves (26 years old), he will try to replace the gap in the holding midfiled role left by Roy Keane,,,he is a decent player but will not match keane infact noone can except Veira who is old now...Andersen(20 year old)...he is clear replacement for Scholes in the future...and Nani (19 years old) is a clear replacement for Giggs in the future...JUST LOOK AT HIS VISION AND ENJOY MAN UTD WHOOP CHELKSI BUTT THIS SEASON

absolutely shocked that you didn't include CARLOS TEVEZ and SAVIOLA in Man United's wanted list! Tevez is gonna be expensive hence he might end up going to Inter/Juve but Saviola is out of contract at barca and he's highly rumored to be headed to OLD TRAFFORD!

Yea Balbhadra...Tevez is a great finisher which is what Man Utd need...I dont think Saviola is good enough...But if I were Ferguson I would try to get Berbatov, he has been sensational with Hotspurs this season, the link up between him and Robbie Keane was just breathtaking to watch...berbatov and ronnie at old trafford will be killer bro...BUT they are way overpriced.... United have this italian kid Guiseppe Rossi who was on loan at Newcastle and Parma...he has done pretty well at Parma and is very agile ... Fergie may give him a try too if not sell him off to Juve who are offering 8 million for the kid.... They should try and offload a few players like Saha and Richardson to get some extra funds for purchasing a striker like berbatov..

So So agree with Sursum Corda!! Real Madrid are the eventual winner and deserving as well tho a tad LUCKY!! Too bad that both ex-manu stars Nistelrooy and Beckam couldnt finish the game but both of them had a terrefic season. Anyways was a fitting Farewell to Beckam. Abt the Reds, A striker is a must buy this season but dont want to see Eidur Gudjohnson heading towards Old Trafford!! He really gave a huge surprise by buying 2 players from Potugese League! Those two might have skills but they are yet to produce results and more importantly goals for their teams which I hope they will do at MAN U. I think the next on the list of Sir Alex is form La-liga, thats why he has been silent all these days after those two surprise signings.Wud love to see Torres but cant say anything what goes around Sir Alex`s mind!! Dun wanna to c Alan Smith leave Manu tho which in all likelyhood is going to happen!! Loved him from the Leeds days!! Hope everything settles out between him and the team and he stays there!! Saha does produce goals when fit so Cant think he will b sold at any cost........

Oh Polly...r u Reds fan??? I am so excited about this season...I watched Nani play a few time on TV...he is very similar to C Ronaldo..but can only play on the left side...Imagine what a team reds will be Nani on the left...Anderson playing an attacking midfielder...Ronaldo on the right...Ronney through the middle with another attacking partner (Hopefully berbatov)....Owen hargreaves playing the holding midfield role and Carrick right behind anderson...man killa team huncha......we will annihilate Chelski

Yup man BIG TIME. :) UR Starting line up seems so interesting!! I dont think Berbatov is likely to play for the Reds!! May b Sir Alex is thinking of having Nicholas Anelka doing the similar sort of job that Henrik Larrson did last season. Saha when fully fit does the job 4 me. For defenders I dont have a problem what so ever but wud want so see Sir Alex signing someone in any case of injury crisis god forbit wont happen this season!! But didnt ya 4got Giggsy admist all the excitement Sursum Corda ;) ??

Polly...Giggs is a hero...his name needs no mention...I was talkin about a UTD team 3 years ffrom now...Alex has bought these players at the right time...It is a fact that Gigs and Scholes just have a few years left..by bringin these young players right now..they could learn about the English way of playing football...from the GREATS!! Who do u think is the perfect strike partner for Rooney...??

Dunno who wud be perfect to partner Rooney but realistically Saha does feature in my list as well when he`s fully fit!! He`s able to score goals and that too at european level as well but if a new signing is made Torres wud do real good!! Abt Berbatov, I feel he`s not the most tried and tested option against a very quality opposition!!! I still have some worries who to play with scholes this year Carrick or Hargreaves!?? What say??

Polly..I am sure Fergie is facing the same dillemma...Personally I would play both of them...owen hargreaves is a great player...very hard working..he is running about all the time...very similar to Gennarno Gattusso...I would play right in front of the defense..like a defensive midfield player..the one who steals the ball from the midfield of the opposition and plays it front and is back again guarding Ferdinand and Vidic...Carrick as we saw in the Roma game has a sharp long range shot and that can teamed up with Scholes in the middle...Ronaldo on the right...Giggs on the left...there u have it 3-1-4-2 formation.... But this formation will not work in Europe as the teams in Spain and Italy are just ruthless when it comes to counter attack...so having a four man defense is very necessary...I just hope heinze stays...

Man U. may attempt to make an unsuccessful (most likely) bid for David Villa once more. The Spaniard has been linked with Reds numerous times but Valencia has been stubborn to let their star striker go. I would, however, like to see him play along side of Rooney, which is most likely not gonna happen. Owen Hargreaves is a big signing for the Man U. I am not too impressed with Carrick though. I do not even think that he deserves to be in an international squad just like Lampard. If McClaren could drop Beckham for so long, Lampard should have been dropped too. Anyway, I am not a Real Madrid’s fan but yesterday game was a thriller. I was little disappointed to see Beckham coming out of the field but Reyes justified the substitution in a style and left the Barcelona’s fans heartbroken.

Katziman bro...you could not be more correct about Lampard...he should not be in the international squad at all...I personally feel that Chelski has great players in the midfield and the wings..like Essien..Kalou..Robben..Cole..that lampard too appears to be good while playing for his club..However, his flaws are very evident when he puts on the England shirt...He is better off playing in League One.... There are lots of name coming up ...Etoo, Saviola, berbatov, defoe, Tevez, Torres...Huntelaar...etc lets wait and watch... One thing is for sure, United have a lot of depth now in their squad..this year could be another treble....

I cudnt agree more with ya guys abt LAMPARD!!! I just dont like to c him wearing the England Shirt!! But playing 4 Chelsea, I ve gotto admit that he`s a completely different player!! Lampard must b dropped from the England Team and may b someone from the u-21 squad must b gettting the chance to prove himself!! England are performing well in the u-21z for a change.. tho I m supportin the Dutch, the home team to pull it through!!! Abt Manutd, the biggest concern 4 me is, Sir Alex had already done 2 big signing so wont be spending much 4 a player unless he sells a couple of members of the current squad and that means Alan Smith and Hienze are on their way out of Old Trafford. That way a major Signing is possible and hope he brings someone suited to EPL!!!!!!

Guys its looks like Abramovich has freezed the funds for Mourinho this year...most of the signings has been free transfers...Steve Sidwell from Reading...Claudio Pizzaro from bayern Munich...and Tal Ben Heim from Bolton... I think its the pay package that Chelsea offers which is attracting these out of contract players...Heard Sheva may leave Chelsea??Inter or AC maybe...if Chelsea decides to sell him they wont get more than 20 million .... 10 million down the drain...Should not be much of a problem for them with all the oil money

I, personally, do not think that Chelsea needs more players from outside. They have enough talent in their current roster; they just need to manage it more effectively. Chelsea was very close from grabbing their 3rd consecutive EPL titles this year too. Obviously, Sheva and Ballack were two big disappointments for them. However, I think that the injury on Joe Cole was the biggest disappointment of all. He is one of the best English player, if not the best. Sheva is very likely going back to AC Milan. Ballack may hang in there and finally replace Lampard - after all, he is far more talented than Lampard. Chelsea has a great future ahead if they can retain Murinho, Essien, Terry, Drogba, Robben and Joe cole.
