Is drinking tea after having meal is good or bad? I have seen people drinking tea after they have taken lunch or dinner or breakfast. Is this a good habbit or it has bad effects on our body!!

It depends. Some papers say that tea has a lot of advantages - but generally black tea. But it depends. Tea does have some caffeine but some scientists suggest that it has a lot of antioxidants and also has some cancer fighting. So I just think that you should do whatever you want to...

drinking tea is good...especially for gals as it will increase your metabolic rate and trim down ur waist line. All the chinese gals drink a lot of green tea and that's why they have such a slender waist...n their complexion is always like that of a freshly peeled boiled potato.

My comment was regarding our nepalese tea with milk (not about Japanese green tea).

I also have heard that "Nepali Chiya" made from a little dooth, a lot of sugar and tea grains made mostly from crussed stems (not leafs, e.g. tinpate chiya, pipalpate chiya etc.) which are boiled several minutes (sometime several hours) in an almunium utensil is not good for health.
