 Software Professionals – Pay Structure in India

I am researching on typical market rate (2007/2008) for various software professionals in India. If anyone here knows the market rate for software industry in India for these professionals, or knows the site where I can have reasonably authentic information on salaries, I’d highly appreciate that.

Yrs Exp Title
7 to 10 Technical Lead - India (Sr. SE)
4 to 7 Principal Software Engineer - India (SE3)
2 to 4 Senior Software Engineer - India (SE2)
0 to 2 Software Engineer - India (SE1)
