Value of this house is mentioned in listing and Mortgage you have to talk to the Bank, it depends how much you want to put it into and how much you want to finance.

You have described so many infrastructures around the building and I can guess the peacefulness around the building. Specially from the bus park. Can you post some interior pictures also?

Though a nice house, the land size is too small for it to even calssify as a mansion...You say the total land comprises of 5 annas (342 sq ft x 5 = 1,710 sq ft = a 3-4 BR NYC apartment) which is too small to even have a small lawn as the house itself occupies 3.5+ annas.  Also, post the interior pics if you want quality buyers who may be interested. 

Although not a mansion, you're right in calling it a "Manson"...BTW, Which Manson?  Charles Manson and the Manson Family or the uber wierd Marilyn Mason?  LOL

We are house-hunting for a simple, beautiful home in the Kathmandu valley. The pic posted looks very nice but we definitely need more info and pics of interior. Also further details like when was the building constructed? Is it currently occupied? Are you the first owner? Why do you want to sell such a lovely place? What's the neighbourhood like? Is there electricity and water supply? Are there pitched access roads? Where does one park a car? How long can you wait to get a buyer?

Looks like a beautiful house.  Going by just that picture, 60 lakh is cheaper than the market rate.  How come?  Is the house haunted?

i know many lahures own that kind of houses in ktm.  also many lahures are going to UK since they are given the british citizenship and so they are selling their beautiful homes for resonable price.

Thanks for all the questions. The House is Really beautiful. It is more beautiful in real. The location is so peaceful and town planing area. Actually, I bought this house from the first owner. So, technically, I am second owner. It was built in 2006 just a year. I bought this house March 2007. I live in USA. I bought this house for my parents however, they refuse of live in kathmandu leaving their ancestry land. My brother was at this house but he is going to Europe soon. Nobody is there to take care of this beautiful house, and I don't trust the people whom I rent. Because all the materials used are so expensive.
