I don't have any personal experiences to share but do include reverse racism in your paper. I have found out that most of non-whites immediately label every white person out there as a racist.
Racism is not only about white supremacy. When we see a racist in every white person, that is also racism. In my opinion Affirmative Action is a racist (or reverse-racist) policy. Whether it's a job opportunity or a college education, the opportunity should be available equally to all - regardless of race or gender. Allocating quotas to "minority" groups means giving an opportunity to a lesser qualified individual just because he belongs to a minority group while a better qualified white individual does not get that opportunity. This in turn, antagonizes the white groups thus making them even more "racist".
And have I been subjected to racism? Yes, but not only by the white people but also by non-white Amrican citizens and even the Indians.

I see a lot of ignorant whites at my store. I work at gas station, where I deal with lots of Immigrants, Red neckeds and Blacks. I look like Mexican. This is the reason why they(Whites, Blacks or Indians) don't treat that good to me. I feel that Whites think that immigrants from Mexico are nothing. But, when I remember that I'm in Texas, the southern state of America, I feel pity on them. Dominating an individual on the basis of race is, I think, ignorance.
