Any one there in Loyola university Chicago. I am planning to try in that college, anyone there would be a great help.

I heard the same about 'Loyola U.' about being expensive -- and did some info gathering  while hunting for grad school couple years ago. So my impression was -- Loyola U - fairly dear; decent school in terms of ranking and all; selective admission process etc.. !! But it turned out - it was extremely affordable, and would accept students with poor past performances as well. One of the kids going to Grad school with me ended up with couple of C's in his first semester, got awarded with GPA  <3.0 - so the school didn't want to retain him - he then went ahead and applied to Loyola, and attended there with 3/4th of what he was paying in the past, and had all his courses transferred. 

So, might worth takin' a crack at it @NagIOS.

BTW NagIOS, a Network Monitoring tool.. eh -- Open Source..  Saw a recently published book on it  :) !!

I have been enrolled in loyola University and i m starting from this spring. Was in search of some of the friends so that it would be a easier one to have freinds already there. About the tuition fees, I dont think that its too much expensive compared to other university, the main downfall for this kind of university is its in the downtown of chicago. It seems like getting assitantship is easy here, as I had applied and I got it even though my GPA was not that great.

PS: about Nagios, Maverick may know me from other forum, and yes, its the Network Monitoring Tool, which I used while I was at work back in Nepal. I havenot read the book abt it, but if you want more information, you can go to www.nagios.org for more information.
