Hi this is a note to let you know that sajha server may be down for maintenance this weekend. The server folks have given a heads up that because of a move to a new data center, the site may be down for anywhere upto 2 days if things don't go as planned. If it goes as planned then perhaps 5 - 6 hour.

Due to this imminent downtime, I have transferred the userinfo of last 700 users who logged into sajha into sajhasansar.com which is not going to be affected by this downtime. You can use the same username/password to get into sajhasansar.

Seems like the data center move was successful. Sajha seems to be performing much better!

Not only was it good for sajha, it was also good for sajhasansar.com which was there in place of sajha when it was down. Approximately 200 people registered in sajhasansar over the weekend to give it a good jump start. It's good to see people registering with photos, music and videos.

Sajhasansar holds a lot of potential with nice components for blogging and starting your own groups. I hope many of you will continue to visit sajhasansar as well and become a part of it.
