As Maoist is heading for outright win, they must have been thinking of the allocating ministry. This is what I think the upcoming Ministry would look like:

President: Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachanda)
Prime Minister / Finance: Dr Babu Ram Bhattrai
Home Minister: Ram Bahadur Thapa (Badal)
Communication Minister: Krishna Bahadur Mahara
Foreign Minister: Phamfa Bhusal
Physical Planning Minister: Hisila Yami
Education Minister: Dev Gurung
Social Welfare Ministry:  Sarala Regmi

I think this will be the core ministers and others will be divided with respect to geographical, ethnic, gender representation. I HOPE THEY WONT ALLOCATE ANY MINISTER WITHOUT PORTFOLIO.

We should add the followings -

        Upendra Yadav

       Hardesh Tripathi

There will be more to add from congress (if they want to join) or UML (if they will change their mind).

 NAMES U LISTED UPSTAIR---- HAVE PREDOMINATELY uppercaste...what happened to Maobadis from Lower caste???

Prachanda, Bhattarai, Bhusal, Regmi, Yami (Bhttarai), Thapa (chhetri), Mahara --- not sure(looks like Chettri or Bahun)....just one from janjati -Dev Gurung???? Will there be anyone from Madesh??

Sorry to hear that your favorite Govinda Raj Joshi lost the election miserably. I understand your pain and suffer. It must be very devastating one. Who had thought that the members of notorious KGB gang (Khum B, Govida Joshi, and Bijaya Gachhedar) would collapse this easily? 

Any idea what are his plans? May be opening more gas stations in US or Australia with his fugitive sons will be better idea.

I thought of Pushpa Bikram Malla and Matrika Yadav too... but the results of their constituency is not out yet. I think we would see these too guys too.

I made fair decision, nothing to do with any caste system, as I think the best man should get the job, regardless of ethnic or caste origin.
