bkb,
I think you made a great mistake going back home after your degree. The only option you have is to wait till next year if you want to be under the h1b quota...

my mistake is not as simple as just going back home after degree :). I joined another university and did not finish degree and was unable to use OPT. anyway i want to leave past behind. I know i have to wait a year to be under H1B quota... until then do you know what I can do from here (apart from killing time!). Thanks.
