Hey guys,
I need some advice regarding H1 transfer.
One dhoti company messed me up, one year and no pay roll so far.so i m planning to transfer the H1 to the new company.
I m in contact with my lawyer regarding this, but need some real life advice,u know what i mean.
How to go for this?

ohh.. no payroll :P you need to have at least 2 payrolls inorder to get your H1 Transfered.. thats what I heard... but lawyer is the best person

If you are working legally for them but no payroll, then you can easily sue them. Trust me, you will win. Nothing will happend to you. Your current company may settle with you out of the court as soon as they get the lawsuite notice from your lawyer. Screw those bastards!!!

I think about doing this all the time..but thats fine. They are co-operating in transfer. so i just want to get out from this situation as soon as possible.
Lets see how it goes...
