MPRF preparing to establish Hindi as a (NATIONAL) language in Nepal, (DELHI AS A CAPITAL OF NEPAL), (AND DHOTI KURTA AS A NATIONAL DRESS OF NEPAL) says VP Jha

KATHMANDU, July 26 - Vice President Paramananda Jha Saturday defended his action of taking the oath of office and secrecy on Wednesday in Hindi by saying that his party, the Madhesi People’s Rights Forum (MPRF), has adopted the policy of establishing Hindi as one of Nepal’s official languages.
The newly elected Vice President, Jha, claimed that he took the oath of office and secrecy in Hindi as the language has become indispensable in Nepal. His action sparked off nationwide protests led by students who on Friday sent the new vice president an exercise book in Nepali.
He said that the MPRF has been preparing to establish Hindi as one of the languages in the soon-to-be drafted constitution.
Jha also clarified that he took the oath in Hindi to respect the aspirations of Terai residents who played a crucial role in taking him to such a high position of Vice-President.
The first Vice-President of Nepal said that language was not an issue in a republic Nepal and went on to claim that only a few elements who wanted to fulfil their vested interests took out the protests.
While saying that he will comply with the Supreme Court verdict, Jha also said that he has not even thought of rectifying his error as he has not made any mistake by using Hindi. Various organisations and student unions affiliated to parties have been carrying out massive protests against Vice President Parmananda Jha’s use of Hindi while being sworn in as vice president.
Likewise, a civil writ has been filed at the Supreme Court (SC) on Friday demanding nullification of the oath taken by the Vice President. On Wednesday, clad in Nepali attire President Dr Yadav had administered the oath in the Nepali language while the Vice President, who was dressed in what seemed like an Indian lawmaker’s outfit, translated the oath which was written in Nepali and said it in Hindi.

Hindi is not the language originated in Nepal. Hindi is Indian offical language. No one must allow Hinid to be our official language. It will be the biggest shame of Nepal if Hindi is one of our official language. Nepali language is our official language. Either politicans have to except it or they will be kicked out. Is he just representating one small fraction of population of Nepal or he is representating whole Nepal? If he is just representating Madeshi people who speak Hindi then he must not have take the job at the 1st place. Like I've said im my previous postings. This Indian Agent is testing Nepal's Poltics. Traitor must kick out.He wil distort Nepal's consistutation. He is there to make Nepal suitable to take by India. This guy must be kicked out and send him to India where he belongs. His heart, mind and soul is Indian, we need a loyal Nepalese leader who represent all of us not just one group.

We are giving a lot of credit to these madhesi people. What
these people have given to Nepal??
These people never fought the war against British, or the unification of Nepal...our bau baraju shed their blood to protect
this country from foreign attacks to form one nation i.e. Nepal...these madhesi
haven't went through the hardships compare to other ethnic groups of Nepal
have...and here they are..demand for separate region..and language rather than
working together to form a stronger Nepal...give me a freaking break..it's TIME to stand up and say No to Madhesicaran/Hindi...
period and YES to viva Nepal

Knowing and speaking foreign language is a plus.. but making aliens language a national ... shit!!
I have always loved and respected my language... to the best I can.. I have visited several doctors and when they know my nationality they start speaking in Hindi ( as if Hindi is our Lang)... though I can reply them back I never do.. I always tell them I prefer to speak in English.. this is the best I could do.. Also these deshis, whenever I have job interview with them they speak in Hindi.. but never ever do i reply them in Hindi.. sooner or later they'll go with English.. Either Nepali or English... Pliz say no to Hindi...

I am very grateful to know languages like Nepali, Hindi and English. I trying to learn spanish, wish I could. But trying to make Hindi or anyother language as national language is idiotic. This guy is puppet of some radical indians. Enough said.
The next thing is all the languages in Nepal should flourish and including laguage of terai, pahad and himal.
Other thing, The guy who posted this " Gahugoro" is nothing but a trouble maker. Or say another right wing radical. His intention is to be questioned. He puts a news which is stale by nearly a year or more. From July 26 of which year......definately not this year. And this subject is old and already been criticized so dump this garbage..
United we stand divided we fall.......
