Some indian consultancy sponsored my H1B which is effective from Oct 1, 2008. I worked for their client from Feb 08 - July 08 which was in during my opt period. I have got several paystuffs during OPT period. However, now I got a job offer from another company.
The question is WILL I BE ABLE TO TRANSFER MY H1B to ANOTHER Company since my H1B date is not yet effective?
