On these matter I would recommend you to find the employee from that company or there might be your freinds or any relatives on such company follow their instruction because I am also having the same problem. The company on which I joined said me the same thing of free acomodation and monthly $500.00 but they are unable to get the project yet and we are already in bench for 3 mths. So whoever, wanna join those companies it would be better for them if they find their freinds hanging company and asked them about the actual facts.

hi junio... did you join efulgent? or one of their other 3 company .... They called me once and asked to join them. they said they would pay 500 dollars but then i did some research and went through reviews and it was very terrible .. it even sued some people .. i checked it on one the court of Arizona,... actually efulgent is in Arizona.. n then I gave up with them....

Hello friend Hatterika, I am engaged on the New Jersey R-Square consaltancy comp... though the accomodation stufff and the pay are on time and while signing the contact they have promised us to give the $65K on the bench to after 16 weeks. and its almost 16 weeks lets see whats gonna happen.....

I have been with efulgent since last year, got my H1 and still rocking in the project. Initially I got my project in couple of months after the completion of training.

Before joining efulgent I was with a different dhoti consultancy in NJ. I ran away from them looking their paystub, housing and H1B filling inconsistency. I was also in dilemma and heard the same stuffs and even check the reviews too before joining efulgent. I was in the middle of the road whether to join them or not. Then I realized that if the company is able to sue some people...then I believe they must have followed the rules and been in the positive aspects of this market. Thought this will also help me to buit up my future in long run for GC. After a year I am still happy with them. I know this type of concern in genuine and you should think about it. But personally I don’t have any clue to blame them. I have been there, seen the stuffs and still with them.

Yes, I agree because of related with Vensoft and SQA labs…..it’s been headache to them too. Even they have to face all these crappy questions and concerns all the time. But believe me, they are not related at all. I am sure that the very small number of stake is owned by the Vensoft and SQA labs but does not have an authority to run or interrupt in their business and policies which I think far better than those two. This year only I heard a bunch of Nepalese came and they all were placed already. To say the truth, efulgent is excellent for java, .net and data warehousing. This is my personal experience. People on those fields don’t wait for long and placed very quickly.

I have been in that situation, felt like doing nothing right and in much dilemma....but its only your choice to choose right.....don't run away from law and right thing and think again, if someone is trying to follow law means they haven’t committed any mistake or done wrong...also try to know why these fagheads got sued….bcoz they were a$$...... It’s upto you, how u wanna drive them...not how they to you. Believe on yourself and you can do it. I have been with them for long, and I am still happy......I am going home this december and everything is under control and within law.
