These guys look like khepas. Gau bata siddhai US ma pugepachi ke garne ke nagarne thaha hudaina. That is the difference between cultured and non cultured people. The latter is more common than the former. Laaj mardo chha yiniharu ko byabahaar.

Hi Nepalsite,
I don't know that you are from village or city. But, remember that people from Village are more cultured, disciplined, honest and respectfull. Your expression indicates you from city and every one from village is uncivilized. Also, remember that people from city create such a havoc in our society and any where they go with Nepali identity. God bless you for your sucn prejudice!

I am not much interested to discuss about the city and village.... but what those mo.t.h.e.r. F.u.c.k.e.r.s were doing in those videos was embarrassing... it shows the nondisciplinary act... yeah we all speak slangs, but it doesn't mean that we need to expose it publicly... I guess they feel proud of what they did.. thats how some people are.... but they are nepali and we can't neglect it and say they are spoilt.... such bas.t.e.r.ds should be taken to syberia and kept in a ice cage only in the undies for 3 months.... It really works.... they'll be of good moral character after that period.....

The videos are awesome.
Simply breathtaking, and awe-inspiring, if not totally inspirational
for those of us who do not know how to have proper fun. The
cinematography and choreography is exquisite, so is the script.
(Well, I tend to forget that it is thoroughly impromptu and entirely unscripted!)
The dialogues and one-liners are the best I have heard so far. The
brilliance outshines Al Pacino in Scarface, where he is reputed to have
uttered F-word a 223 times , that is a one every 1.30 minutes (source:
IMBD).
I find it futile to mention the hip hop songs and movies where
profanity is the basis of the entire song or the script ( No offense to
hip hop fans) as I am not well informed about the genre. But I like the
songs! Catchy tunes they have, and one even recieved an Oscar for the
best original song for Hustle and Flow (2006). I once quipped that such
songs are being nominated and are winning the Oscars, and one avid fan
riposted, SO? What is wrong with that? None, I guess. It is art
nonethless. It is creativity. A nude painted by Monet or Da Vinci would
be still be an art, and not pornography.
I donot have second thoughts about that one. But I do have second
thoughts about such lewd acts being publicly exhibited, and its impact
upon the growing generation. I get an occasional glances from such
teenagers, and they slouch when they walk and speak with utmost
disrespect, and oftentimes, profusely using N- words and F-words. Their
pants almost around their ankles, and the blatant disrespect for things
does make me feel awkward, but what can I say? Freedom of speech!!
Freedom of expression!! This is America, where everyone mind their own
f**ng business.
Civilized. Uncouth. What is the degree of variation? None! Or many, per say!! Let me stay on the subject at hand.
I went through the comments posted on the youtube page, and the first
comment was ""looks funny"...and then follows " you give Nepalese bad
name" by some, and finally I find the post-er retaliate with "watever"
and a bunch of profanity laced "mind your own business" . I am
profoundly muddled, upon the perception of mixed opinions, and
responses. There, I found the degree of variation, nonethless, is still
a state of mind, and opined in various states of mind.
The people in the video (nothing personal!) are a bunch of lively and
vivacious students or professionals. And in such an auspicious occasion
of Dashain (as it was posted under, and yet all we hear is Budday!!),
they are letting their hair loose (literally!) and trying to have some
fun, away from the hectic schedules of work and school they might be
undergoing. Labelling them villagers is only an insult to your own
intellect, and arguing about the width and girth of the matter will
only leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. It is not about being
"khepa" or a villager or an urbanite. It is about how you carry your
gait gracefully and urbanely. The steps you take to make those
impression gives you the character.
Profanity. In total of 15 some-minutes of the footage, there is fun,
vivacity, happiness, liveliness, celebrtion, and uh! of course
profanity. What are the norms of acceptibility of profanity? We cannot
set a standard or bar, nor can we judge a person by just the way he
speaks. He might be a wonderful person, for all we know, and that is
all we know what we see. The visceral utterance of genitals and lewd
acts, especially in public or for people to see, can only portray the
person's way of thinking. If you are a psychology major, or some
shrink-sort of professional, you could very well parse the words and
intentions behind them. Or not!
Flaunt. The video clips are posted in YOUTUBE for all of us to see. I
wonder what the post-er wanted us to see. The fun they had, or the fun
they are having for showing the fun they had. A little hazy, it makes
me!! And then, there is a ubiquitious statement, "Donot watch if you
donot like it!!" Ah! Grow up people ( for whoever say that particualr
statement).
PostScript: I intend to offend such people, who in the name of freedom
of speech and freedom of having rights to have freedom to have fun,
make such blatant and disrespectful episodes. There is nothing wrong
with you running naked around in your own confines, but when you
streak, think of the rabid dogs who might be chasing you in the false
hope of glory, or some fresh meat! Nonetheless, I intend to offend
those people too, who just plain stereotype people, thus rendering a
general misconception about people and their heritage. It is all about
respect you show and feel for people, and the actions that make it seem
a truer experience.
PostScript 2: To the GUYS in the video. Homies!! ya'all having fun.
Keep it up. But we do not need to see you guys having fun. Especially,
when you want to show us.Not that you guys posted it in Sajha, but you
did post in the youtube. So, that makes it quintessentially a similar
thing. But to be honest, I enjoyed your video. It is thouroughly
entertaining, and subjectively informative. Other than that, piss all
your want, after all, it is your bucket.:) Have Fun!!
PostScript 3: I do sound condescending and condoning at the same time,
aren't I? Told ya!! We all are hypocrites and ambiguous. Pour Quoi Pas?

I totally agree with MCMXC. The dashin title was false as it seemed like a birthday party, they even take a cake to one of their friend who is working night shift. What makes one a villager and a CirtyFreak, there is a thin line between that, neverthless those guy's were having some real fun and they were enjoying it and happy, from a hectic day of work and college.
The only thing that was bothering was the profanity they were using, but dont' we all ??? if you say you don't speakl profanity than you might just be a Hypocrite.
MCMXC I couldn't have said it better, leave em' alone, it has nothing to do with being a villager or from a city and it seemed like someone had just turned 21, some of us speak less, some more and some none (profanity) Other than that, all I could see was bunch of yuoths having fun with a big F**king "F"...
Cheers

well CHOR good saying! I felt like its BADAR ko Haat ma Nariwal lol. and i don;t think they paid for it.
I did not hear anything asking about how much or give the money blah blah. haha.
I bet, looking those guys in the gas station some of the customers who were suppose to fill up the gas might have detoured their way. May be they were thinking that its like Nepal... i was just wondering what if MAMA ji had caught them up during normal petroling time..... You never know if these guys keep continuing this kind of behaves might end up with the MAMA JI and would be glad to seem them in Nepal.
