If those guys are proven guilty, they should be put in jail for life without any parole and their all the properties should be given to the girl's family.                           Why are you even bothering to apologize to that dimwit woman who thinks from her heart rather then her head (don't blame her 9/10 do) ? The bottom line is we all are humans and we make mistakes. I am really sad for that 14 year old girl. This is a sad story and I hope that those people be brought to justice. Since that woman (gal1) believed that it was an unforgivable act these men must be hanged till death for raping that poor little girl. I am asking gal1, "Who in earth are you to decide about the life of three men?" Wait! isn't killing three people more sinful that raping a girl? Who are you to decide? Who am I to decide? or Who is anyone to decide? except the law of the land. Aingnam01, If you take a toad out of the well and put in in a big pound it will still be a toad. Gal1 is the exact example of that toad, She could be anywhere in this planet but she will still believe she is in that well.

well guys, let me tell u guys me and yekloyatri does not mean that he should be pardoned. there should be justice to that poor little lady. i do feel sorry for her. and especially she is just 14 i feel so hurt and want to punish those three idiots who not only ruined their life but also the little girls life. but my point is, those people has the right to defend themselves. they can appoint an attorney for them and argue their point. and if the judges finds they are guilty there will be verdict, watever it be. but we just cannot sentence them for life. unlike yekloyatri said, i dont believe to give them any kind of penalty more sinful but i just want it to be according to the procedure. let them go to the court.

^^ the whole legal system is corrupt and aint goin to give justice. Law is for the poor only in my good old country dude. that is the reason I dont agree with the whole procedure of going to the court and finding these ppl guilty. the system is flawed and money and power will bail them out. Add to that the social stigma to the girl and her family. just imagine dude.

What a corrupt system,i can't even imagine how a  little girl is going through. The criminal who gang raped minor should rot in jail. If it was here those criminal would be arrested with no bail and put through the trial.  Instead in our country the criminal are walking freely even after  two weeks of filing a complain. No investigation or nothing.I am sure the girl was able to identify the criminal.
