usofa,

Good to know that gees are still out even when the temperature is -39 degrees. I am not aware of the duration winter in Minnesota, but in Siberia winters are long  almost 5 months and and for three months temperature stays between -15 to -40 degrees that is why I was wondering about the surviving skill of those birds.

Jeeny,

Picture here are from  two different places one is from Izhevsk capitol city of Udmurt republic and  some are from Saratov city in Siberia.

Shantasamudra,

Those pics were taken in two different time. One was in June 2008 and another was in Nov-Dec 2008. Instead of opening tow threads for pics taken on different dates I posted in one thread. Thanks for your comments though. Now a bit close up.

Hi Xsam ! If you can read some Russian letters, in the top of hotel, it is clearly written as Hotel Moscow. Still getting confused with Taj, please ask the originator of this thread. I have not stay in that hotel, but often used to go for drinks :) Don't tell my wife (Imaginary one) that I am gonna take her around in this car . May be looking at this car, there might be possiblity that I may have tol remain bachelor whole in my life :(
