I remember Prachanda a week early said he will dissolve the YCL within 3 months. Now there will be no YCL. Good one prachanda.

Young Communist League (YCL). The YCL ├втВмтАЬ which has
come under criticism from various quarters for its militant and often
violent activities ├втВмтАЬ will now be changed into YCDL (Young Communist
Democratic League). The change in the name will be endorsed by the central secretariat of the party, soon. The meeting also decided to change the names of various sister organisations.
