Hi, I have a F1 visa. I am planning to let my own brother apply for F2 Dependent visa. So what are the requirements for him like education and other financial stuff? As well as, if he gets here, does he need to be in university and last but not the least, what are the chances of getting visa compare to applying for a F1? Thanks Sajha Helpers!!!

F2 visa are only for f1 spouse. You will need proof of marriage from a valid source. I have never heard about brothers or sisters getting f2 visa. From my understanding,If you have wife and kids they can get it
