Though there doesn't seem any new charismatic leader in UML  but their leadership really matters to for the future of this Government and there alise with NC or closer to Maisot .. ?

I like Personality, Leadership, Relationship within and with other party of JN Khanal but I don't like when he support Maoist.

So I support for Oli because he will help to dissolve current maosit goverment and help to form government with Congress and other parties.

.target2green, which world are you living on man?  Don't you think we have seen enough of Congress government with corrupt Girija?  Congress and Girija have been in power as far as I can remember and I can't find a single good thing they have done to Nepal.  Girija is more responsible for today’s situation in Nepal than any other person.  Not that it matters but I still like congress idea and principle and will support but only with new faces like Gagan Thapa, not with old corrupt face like all these bastards.

I don't know target who is worse, Giraja or Prachanda.  In terms of Corruption, Girja is far worst but in terms of terror Prachanda and YCL.  But lets not forget if it was not for Giraja there should not have been Prachand, ycl or moist.  It all started when he(Girija) dissolve the parliament just because he has to give his PM post.

I agree with you in "aftermath of parliamentary dissolving" by Girija but the birth of Maoist and YCL. It was already seeded when "then ekata kentra (!) could only garner 9(!) seats and kins of royals were deprived of powers and benefits.

At a point when country is all surrounded by chaos, I (guess, many here in sajha) don't see themselves backing any of the existing parties. More or less, all have committed great crimes and left nepali people to suffer. Noone of the parties are playing the political games with their own defense. Nepal has been a chesse board where "Black and whites" are  played by the same brain.

I believe, the only way out is unity among the new generation. Everyone from educated and young generation contribute to some extent to aware stakes/youths backhome. Let's stop supporting blindly these parties or atleast make you voice loud against the misdeeds. AND see where it takes us.

I think JN is power hunger than leader, he just became the GS, just because of MKN resign. But look at that crap, he did not even offer MKN a ceremoniel chairman, which Oli did. Therefore; I'm for Oli.

JN had been General Secretary before Madan Bhandari to begin with. And Oli had agreed to give the chairmanship to MKN, but that wouldn't have been a ceremonial chairmanship. As far as I know JN is a man of integrity. He doesn't have a bad image like Oli's. Oli is infamous for being Indian agent for a long time. Let's not forget that he was the only high-profile UML leader that won the CA election last year. Oli, Bamdev, and MKN had all suffered defeat.

I completely agree with nepalibir point.
