You can also order your equifax credit score (known as FICO score) or 3-in-1 credit score at the time of ordering your free credit report or you can order it at a later time. FICO score sets you back $15.95. The credit score gives you a very good insight into your credit such as "Factors Affecting Your Score", "How Lenders See You", and "FICO Simulator". FICO Simulator is a tool that allows you to know more about what action hurts or builds your credit. Some banks or credit card companies also provide services called something like "credit score watch". This costs you more money, but you will get to know your credit score (most likely from all 3 bureaus) in a monthly or quaterly fashion.
