Does anybody know what does 'Withdrawn' mean in application status online? i check mine and it says 'withdrawn' and when I click on it, it says a decision has been made and notice has been sent. Any canadian PR expert?

I also got rejected as I had applied with experience in Civil engineering and it is not within 38 job areas they are taking. They just sent me letter with reason to rejection. Are they sending my application documents and money too?. I think they must send my money back. What u guys think?

Sorry to hear about those rejections... yeah you gotta be within those 38 high-demand jobs.. if not they said that they would reject and send your money back... Your money must be on the way.
