Well some people are still unware HOW TAX COLLECTED MONEY IS BEING DISSEMINATED !

well if you guys don't know here is the fact;

Govt. has begun to DISTRIBUTE 2 lakh ruppees to all unemployed people to get self employed. Anyone who is applying for it MUST BE affiliated to YCL  or Maoist other wings. YES !

And they DONT HAVE TO put any collateral and DONT HAVE TO PAY BACK single dime if business fail - niether interest nor principal.

So, finance ministry is throwing away all hard earned tax colleted money to its party workers !
And you thought this FINANCE MINISTER would do any good ?

please do not hypothesize yourself..make some bases before opined...the thing is : we are not saying Maoist government is doing awesome work but it is true that whatever Dr. Bhattarai has been doing is appraisable. You rarely get Nepalese politiciasn like him lately. We know there is way different between him and his minister wife...so apreciate the good work!!

It really doesn't matter who is the recipient of that money. The only thing that does matter is the question whether or not that money should be distributed in the name of self-emplyoment. Is this lack of vision or just a approach for cheap popularity and garner votes/support for the Maoist party?

Think twice. Is this a time for distributing 100 NRS each per head everyday for a year or invest thousands to get return after years? I want to rember a quotations" Don't give hunger a fish, teach him  how to fish".  I am damn sure about it " this is going to be another sukumbasi yojana aayog". That program hardly reached to 50% of the population in real need.  Thousands of people became "sukumbaasi" overnight. Many leaders and ministers (Narayan sharma of Chitwan, Late Dr. Gangadhar lamsal of chitwan and many others) benefited a lot from the project. On top of that, the real sukumbaasis who received the land sold the land within a year or two and continued their sukumbaasi life.

Tell me, atleast in Nepal, who bothers to work day and night to cultivate a land or farm a poulty to make thousands when you get lakhs for nothing? 

The only success of this program will be " Maoist popularity and YCL's luxury as someone earlier mentioned"

The worst ever finance minister of Nepal. And yeah, thats the reality, the hard earned money by doing hard work have been taxed and been distributed to PLA and YCLs.

My tips to Dr. Bhattarai (Though I am ashamed to call this bastard a Doctor):

Bring yourself and other terrorists (killers of 14000 Nepalese) into custody and surrender

Bring Ram Hari Shrestha's killer in public (Badal knows where he is)

Tell your wife that there are now enough of your relatives in the government position

Do something that benefits everyone, not only your PLA and YCL

Stop making worst comments and intimidating people, though you are in government..You can do nothing bastard

Suggestion

1. First of all- they must dissolved YCL & Youth Force.

2. Their so called force are flight, murdering each other and granting Rs.1 million being a myters from the tax payer money. It's a ridiculous. The collected tax must be utilised properly and move the police force to control the ongoing rampant crime, and corruption across the country.

3. Maoist mind their language as a executive prime minister and minister, while speak in the public forum, it's seem so outrageous since few months.

It's better if Nepal doesn't implement the dual citizenship. There are more to be lost as Nepal is a small country, even for the sake of its sovereignty.
secure the border.
bring new plans for self-sufficiency in the country. Nepal cannot support itself for long without good source of income. May be the tourism supports some, but bulk has still to be managed.
restore the sense of Justice and rule of law.
implement decentralization so that people are no longer limited to the capital.
implement planned urbanization in cities, cleaning the rivers and better quality of life. yet also manage the good service for vast portion of Nepalese who are farmers and live in the villages.
utilize the public-private partnership in the service sector such as hydropower and other utilities sector.
DO NOT BORROW ANOTHER PAISA FROM THE FOREIGN COUNTRIES.

Its simple and clear that baburam (he does not deserved to be called doctor), is collecting money for PLA and YCL. He is doing the same thing he used to do before when he was in jungle. Then he used to take money from people by force, now he is calling it tax.
