My dear friend,
Try any Indian Travel Agent that near by you, but never try to deal with the Nepalese Travel Agency. They will rip you off. Specifically, please do not buy any ticket from "President Travel" quartered in Boston, MA. This fraud Agent sold me the tickets promising me that the return-ticket is cancellable and fully refundable (no need to worry for). As soon as sale is done, Bhakta Shrestha (who sold me ticket), avoided any communication with me. I tried to contact back with him several times to cancel the tickets. He never responded directly to my concerns. Instead, he posed as another person (as Sandeep Shrestha, whom I never dealt or talked before), and told me the ticket cannot be cancelled nor be refunded. After several attempts, I cought him on the phone after making unknown call, he acted like there was a miscommunication. I refuted his claim, and prooved him that he lied to me. He hung up on me. I approached to Gulf Air office in US, they apologized to me that happened this to me and told me that the sold ticket was non-cacellable, non refundable, and had no value at all. and this agent should have explained that at the time of purchase. Gulf Air tried to put me and Mr Bhakta on three-way tele-conversation. Mr. Bhakta hung-up without even responding.
I finally had to give-up on all efforts by losing $1800. US.
I suggest all brothers, and Sisters from Nepal not to deal with this fraud Travel Agent "President Travel" who deliberately sale you the tickets without even explaining the conditions that do not meet your needs and do not take any accountability.
