I am in F1 status and my Visa expires only in 2012. I tranferred university last year which means name of university in my Visa is different from my current univ. Will it cause any problem in point of entry while returning from Nepal ? Do I need to get visa again to match it with my current I-20.
There must be many folks out there who has gone through same situation. Please help.

if your sevis transfer was successful (given that you are already in another school, i think it was), then you can travel with the same stamp - no need to apply for another

Since I was in your position last year, and I was very nervous until the last moment--here is the answer: NO, you don't need. To be honest, I got different answers from different persons, and was nervous until I came out of immigration here. So, majale janu, ghumnu ra farkera aaunu..
