Hope he will read this thread ..I tried to call this agency at 617-500-4407 on Thursday @ 1:36 from my hopme line. It was ringing for almost a minute and half, then I thought my VOIP phone was not working well. So I tried to call him from my cell phone (which is reliable than VOIP). Person on the other side just  hang up the phone (heard the click and was disconnected) and I thought some technical diffilculty might have arise so I tried to call them back again and same thing Click and hung up. Does this agency know what customer service is, or are they just a joker agency.

 

 

May be, they did the right thing!!!

Most of the Nepalese customers are cheap and they have attitude. I can't stand it.

Ain't that the truth, I have experienced working at the travel agency in VA, Fall church..Those guys from Crystal city...attitude!!! I can't even imagine, they have nepalese gf...sorry ladies...

If someone says somebody is bad, do we have to agree with them with positive answer. I don't think so.

I think, Sexy In Sari is right, these days Customer is not always right. Basically, customer from third world countries...

So, you always made sure that was not a boka or bakhri's call before you pick it up.

It's not about who is right or wrong. It's about doing business. If you don't pick up the phone or hang up like that, you are not going to make any business. Why not just shutdown your agency already or cut off your phone line if you don't like a potential customer calling you? Some customers have attitude, deal with it !

There is no point saying good or bad business. Just ignore them, find another travel agency. I am sure this is not the one only travel agency under the sun. Such a nonsense thread.

I dont' think any business would do that, but that's my personal viewpoint.
Having said that we don't know the full picture, we just heard that the OP called the Travel agency, but he didn't mention if he talked with the Travel agency before that. Anyways, it is definitely not a good business practice to hang up the phone or talk rudely. The natural selection does apply to business as well, so if they are really like what was mentioned in the original post then their days are surly numbered.

ya that agency is bullshit,,,.some ppl called us or nepali ppl  cheap ,,bitch we work hard to earn money not like u sell ur pus.....
