His accent is as funny as of Madhav Nepal. Yes he is definitey better than Girija.

I would not be surprised if Makune will address in regards to Namrata's Scandal story.. ha ha...

I think Telepromter is not indicating where to pause.. that's why Makune's speech sounded so funny.. otherwise it would have been much better... When you talk, you have to put your heart in it... however, it doesn't appear so... Makune simply wanted to be finished reading.,. looks like he had to go to washroom or what...?

how many of u think u have decent english background and can speak fluently? if u compare the statistics of private and govt. schools u will get the idea.

i have seen plenty whose writing skill is good but lack fluency. i think in context to nepal, we still have a long a way to go before we can claim our knowledge is adequate in foreign language which is rapidly becoming NO. 1 LANGUAGE OF THE WORLD. while currently, india brags about 70% of the young generation is fluent even with thick accent.

I think we do not need to concentrate on how he spoke English, cose it's our second language and we all have ascent, better lets discuss what he is trying to say, i mean what the theme of his speech. I don't think any one of us is concerning about what he mean to say and telling truth or not.

everybody knows the theme - CLIMATE CHANGE. how come u missed?? the main discussion here is how embarassed we have become due to pakhes ruling the country. we don't even have someone who can make us proud. and ANS is right, we may have to wait for 30 years.

Nobody rules in Nepal now, don't know who is gud leader , but i don't see we need to be embarrassed cose one of our leader don't have gud English ascent. Lots of countries have top leaders who don't speak and understand English. Rather lets focus either they have capability to lead the nation or not?
