u have to pass NCLEX first. after that if u find a employer that wanna sponsor u can file greencard. but its been closed from last few years. my friend is a nurse she cant work after her OPT expires. she did BSN from USA. its gonna be harder for u. i would suggest u to apply for student visa as a MSN. then take NClex u might work if u are approved for a CPT. but its gonna be tough for u like i said coz of international cant work without H1 or valid OPT. i wish u a good luck on ur part.my 2 cents

next option is if u have a year experience as a registered nurse u could apply for a residency in canada which would be a lot easier for u. www.canadavisa.com

Well, first step is do  credential evaluation of Nursing Degree
from CGFNS. Visit www.cgfns.org. To do a  credential evaluation you have to send all the offcial document of Nursing degree directly to the CGFNS. follow the instruction on the website.

After credential is evaluated a CGFNS will issue a breakdown of your course by course academic records. Then you have to apply the board of Nursing.

After board approves, then board will send a letter for eligiblity i.e.  authorize to take test (ATT) then you have to take date for NCLEX exam at pearson vue for Nursing licensing.
