Try Zen Travel on Nepalnews.com or try some Indian travel agencies located in New York or New Jersey. Do not ever buy from "President Travel" in Boston. This is the Thagharuko Nangle Pasal. They will rip you off. Good luck.

Best deal for me was to buy a directly from the airline companies. Cathay pacific and Singapore air usually have pretty good deals especially if you're flying out from the west coast. On the east, if you dont mind Delhi, AA and Air India are good options.
