Say I spent a week in custody for possession of weapons, the case is still there and I have to go for the "taarikh" every month at the CDO. Can I get a police report for immi to europe, particulary uk or to the states without the sourceforce method and the $imple method? Also, is there any chance that I will be bothered later for having the record, coz it's not like an unspent sentence or anything.
While providing the police report, do the authorities look for the name around other police stations thoroughly or not?
This has been bugging me, so any info would be much appreciable.
