1) Facebook ( of course ) 2) Shazem ( for song tagging) 3) Nepali FM ( listen Nepali FM on your handheld device ) 4) PS mobile ( take pic and edit it on your iPhone

@Stat .. search for "Nepali FM " on app store... you will find it .. I dont know if it is still around or gone ..but I downloaded few weeks ago .It has some good reviews as well
Factbook , Dictionary, NPR addict, Goaltender, TED, TechAddict, occasions, aroundme, postman, memento, World news, Gratitude, LifeTimer, History Lite, horoscope are other apps I have liked
MXtube is good if you have jailbroken one, you can download all youtube nepali songs.
Thanks N4Nepal for the info. I found Nepali FM 1.0 for Iphone. But my silly question : does that work for Blackberry as well? or do you have any app similar for Blackberry?
I have just got my Iphone jailbroken....Mannnn its so awesome.... everyday i discover so many interesting new things.. Feels to me that i have just got different version of I-phone and i love it more than ever... so many cool application are FREE.. I have customized my fone and it looks so Awesome that i can't just take my eyes away from it.. :)
As far as I know Nepali FM 1.0 only works on iPhone. However, for Blackberry, there is Nobex Radio Companion which carries Kantipur FM from Nepal and Radio Jhatka from Australia. The only downside is those are not available in the free demo version of the app. You can listen to US stations only on the free version.
Hey Cartmann, I need to cancel my data plans coz 3g doesn't work in my place ? i am thinking to call AT&T and ask them to cancel it giving reasons but don't know if it's gonna work. anyone has gone through cancelling data plan. would really appreciate any inputs.
1.Call ATT with other GSM phone and tell them cancel the iphone data plan.(if you don't have GSM phone you can get Go Phone from ATT, return within 30 days)-with same SIM CARD!!
2. Jail Break it.
3. Disable EDGE/DATA service (FAKE APN) http://www.ehphone.ca/2008/07/how-to-disable-data-on-your-iphone-or-iphone-3g/ [this step so you won't misuse the DATA service, without a dataplan]
I called em like 3 or 4 times with different excuses but it didn't worked at all. at the end,what they told me is i need to have different phone to cancel data n i can't use iphone if i dont have data plan so i called em with different phone n cancel it,and after a month i m using Iphone again n its great than ever :)

BlackBerry users who want to listen to Nepali (and other) radio stations:
1. Create an account on www.yourmuze.fm
2. Search for your favorite radio stations and add to your account. (So far I have found Hits FM, BBC Nepali Radio.... Kantipur FM link only takes me to a prerecorded show - at least thats what it was like the last time I checked... and I just added Gorkha FM 93)
3. log in with your account name and password at m.yourmuze.fm on your BlackBerry browser and choose any of the station that you have added on your account.
No apps needed. The radio streams right from your default browser (using the default media player).
