Guys,

Is there any specific time frame to Enter USA for B2 visa holder ? My mother got B2 visa on Dec  28, 2009 in Kathmandu, Nepal. There is no any specific date on Visa she should be enter in the USA, Visa is for 5 years. My concern is, my mother cannot come here until May 2010, will it be any problem if she come that much late ? What is the rule ?

Please help me regarding this issue.

Don't worry bro, she can come here in US any time any date until her visa is valid. even i had this issue in my past. i thought that my parents must enter US before 6 mths for first time and then 2 can be anytime but the reality is what i share you above. Yes, they can come within anytime till the visa is valid. they just need to have something to say at the port of entry on their visit to US. take it easy..

Oh really, this is her first time in USA. so she can come any time rite, thank you brother.

She should be fine. She can enter US s late as dec 27, 2014. Visa is for purpose of entering the country, not staying in here. Her stay here will be determined at port of entry.
