A couple looking for a roommate. Here are the details,

Number of rooms available: 1 bright and sunny room and big kitchen to share.
Floor: Hardwood
Location: Putnam st, Somerville. Very close to Somerville Public Library, Somerville, MA
Rent: $ 350 + One third of total bill (Cable + Heat + Electricity)
Services near Apartment: 88, 80 and 90 buses every 15 minutes. Market Basket 5 minutes walk, Somerville Public Library 2 minutes, Laundry 2 minutes, Bombay Market 5 minutes, Playground 2 minutes.
