Dear friends,

I am here in US as F1.My son's F2 visa going to expire this year in August. We all family planned to go to Nepal at the mid of May 10.If we go to Nepal at around May 16,10 and return back say June 16, my son still have 1 and half month visa left to expire. In this situation do I have to apply visa for my son or not ? Are they allow us to come here without problem? Your honest sugesstion would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance..

As long as you've visa, no need to worry;  unless you have any criminal records.
