Yes and u'll get around $1000 refund. Use turbotax.com and answer the questions as it appears. Go for it man. Time to make some money. But hurry up, dead line is April 15.

what if he or she does not have SSN...will they still be able to get tax return as they pay for their college fees, books and stuffs......let us know is there any way to get that money without SSN...

SSN is a must have. You cannot file a tax unless you have SSN. You have to be very careful while filling the turbotax. Make sure you read each and every fine lines while answering the question. If you supplied a wrong information IRS might give you a hard time. BUt I am not a tax export. I am saying on the basis of what I have see. Make sure you consult with a Tax people like H & R block or other tax agent. They might be able to help you. Don't take this matter lightly. It might get serious if something goes wrong.
