this is both good and bad but mostly bad. good because it pleases the mass. bad because its too chaotic in a sense that it's trying to do too much in a given space plus it doesn't represent nepal. i mean why is swayambhunath in an abstract form while the others aren't? i think they should have only included the building. it shows the wood carving and the roof which i think are the key elements of nepalese architecture. also, is that a concrete slab? use ADOBE not concrete! sorry but whoever designed this is not an architect. btw, other pavilions are bad too.

Business expo i assume is a forum to attract FDI and promote capitalism and strengthen Nepals economy. Place where unemployment rate due to lack of opportunities to be gainfully employed, this should have been a golden opportunity. Alas thanks to Maoists who are more used to havng FREE masu Chura.....short term gratification and blindly believing their leaders, i doubt anything will come out of this epo. I think it will be just like going to a job fair and no one accepting your resume because you need "sponsership"!!! we all know the feeling. Who will invest in a country where the idological and powerhungry imposter leaders taking the counrty backwards in the path of socialism. Socialism the essence of which lies on the backbone of robsust government system who takes care of everybody. I wish Maoist would adopt a philosophy where they whould just show us one constructive example and tackle countrys problem at a time. Tell you the truth they do not have any agendas or policy that goes towards Nepals developement. Sad reality.

copy and paste design. pixie: nepal will not work if any kind of political ideology is applied, neither socialism nor capitalism. we don't have enough resources for any of them. politicians need to understand the culture and try to work it out from there. if you bring foreign politics then it will only create division. its sad that the politicians are promoting instant gratification, which is a false hope and misleading a country with that kind of attitude is just sad. also, world expo is more than promoting business.
