He should get a guitar and sing some Nepali songs. You gett NC in Nepal for singing in the street but he will  be getting US $$$ in NY. That was just a thought!!

Its pathetic to post something like this, even if someone is homeless. Please help him if you can, else stay out it.
But thats just my opinion.

Amazing. Not even. Okay, it is amusing.

You know what? There is no shame in struggling - it is just a phase. You dream, you attempt, you struggle, but eventually you succeed.

New York City embraces those who dare to dream and go for it. Welcome to New York my dear "homeless" friend.  The possibilities are endless!

Best wishes,
Megalomaniac.

Free H1B thanks for the motivational words. Same is the case with me right now. And its not wise or civilized to mock anyone who's passing through such phase. Its called life and might happen to you someday no matter how prosper you think you are!!!

I was also almost homeless a few times . I used to get eviction letters  and with it  additional court charges, (if you want to pay it off).. Used to be very hard paying rent + fines+ additional court charges (almost everything I made). Somehow, I managed to survive as well ....Those were indeed some hard days. But as Free H1B suggested things change if you have a dream and dare to hope, and so did mine as well ....

Sunny day, good for napping and like me can take a horse nap any time any place, He is just enjoying the day, and all the worries are sleeping along with him, once awake will start his day as a new day.

What a great NAP, may be he got day off and enjoying his day.  Do not be judgmental and look people down.

I don't think sonam asked the man before taking his pic as he is in deep sleep nor she got permission to post in website. By doing this, she is invading the man's privacy. Also, she is using abusive language. I would love to see this man would file charges against her.

Please don't make a mockery out of somebody's hard times.

A note to the man in the picture or anybody who knows him.

I have a free room ,a hot meal and a chance to find a starting job for you in Philadelphia. Nobody should be made to feel ashamed and hopeless ,especially a Nepali man in Sajhaland.

Hope the guy gets food to eat and wish him that he get a job and a warm shelter soon. God can't be that merciless! Everybody has their bad luck at least once in a lifetime. Whoever posted this picture with a caption full of mockery, should realize that the luck could f$ck him much worse than this. So, please help him at least as a fellow countrymen. If you can't, at least do not insult someone's sufferings! I think the correct caption should have been "Shame on you, who posted the picture with such insulting caption" !!

How do you know he is homeless and Nepali. Who did investigation on it? Please do not make unnecessary assumption and do not blow as air. Even if he is homeless and Nepali we may get the same situation in future. who knows future. Think if our job quit and we do not get another job for more than a month. we will also be in the same condition.
Please help him to survive if you can otherwise do not make fun of him.

Nothing wrong to be homeless in US, who wants to go and live in that slum country Nepal nor no one likes to work as slave in US, so its better to be homeless
