Sheetalb Ji,

I am too trying to look for jobs in other countries. I do have a nice paying job here in US, with H1-B. But Now I want to be close to family and Nepal for few years, and then come back again. Cannot go Nepal, becuase cannot handle the situation. I work in IT.

Let us know if u find anything or even to start from somewhere.

SHeetalb, this is what exactly I am talking about. Nothing seems stable right now, though you have a nice job and good pay. Every place I have been to, i alwys got a full time offer, but no one is willing to transfer or do sponser. (btw, I am with consulting company). You could easily make 90K and benefits, and join for futher studies, make plans accordinlgy. But with this, cannot do anything. ALl you do is work, maker money, and spend.

I was more of thinking of applying to close to nepal like Singapore, bankok, Japan, Dubai, something like 4-5 hours flight from ktm, or even few place in India. PPl with foreign degree and experince make good money there too.

Well, I have made few plans of my one. Just waiting for them to work, and then I will stsrt looking and applying seriuosly. FOr now, I am just having double thoughts.

Poon-Hill, thanks for your effort and time, and really appreciate it, But this is not what I am looking for. Probably, I can type 'jobs in canada' or 'jobs in bangkok' in google and these links and sites will appear. I want more of a personal experince, if someone has tried it before or even got one through the process. I want to know how you bargain all those salary and benefits if you manage to get one. Or even what are the salary prospects depending on the location or even country.

DO same resume that we apply here in US will work, or do u need to modify it? Like for example, if u apply to DUbai, they value western dergree a lot, so Put that in bold and on the first page of ur rEsume. Also, most of the jobs I have serached in Dubaie, SIngapore, and few places, there is no direct hire. Usually I found a hiring company who bargains in behalf of that compnay that you are applying for. ( now this was just my experince, might not be true, and definately not the case when you directly go to the compnay websites and apply there.)

Or even the condition of jobs market based on field of work.

Almost all of the jobs in Canada will require you to have proper work authorization to be able to apply. No harm applying but it seems to me like it's a dizzyingly long shot if any shot at all...
