To big wart are not taken healthy sign, you can get WART (musa) remover at pharmacy.

get some liquid  nitrogen and buy a pump to spray that. Make sure the Nitrogen is pure, otherwise you might be screwed up. Now, spray it over your so called "musa" once a week until its gone. Its burns a bit but it goes away eventually.

Yes liquid nitrogen is the best treatment for it..cryosurgery..It freezes the blood vessels arond the musa and ruptures them due to super low temperature of liquid nitrogen vaporizing instantly.

I had musa before. Around 2054-55 BS. what i did ?
 i used agarbatti technique as stated above. i poke that musa with agarbatti. I also lightly ( kotyaye maile i dont know how to say in english) may be scratch it. Ani paan (u are in newyork so definetly u can get some pan from panpasal) ko dath le blood ma chuna lagaune. i did that for a week may be more i dont remember.  And its gone. now i dont even know in which hand i had that musa before.

If you trying to save money, my suggestion is, get the over the counter medication from any pharmacy which is safe and I would not suggest for "Aggerbatti" which may cause complication and infection, that will be the silliest thing to do living in USA, if the results are negative. I would go to dermatologist if this OTC ( Over the Counter) Medication fails.

F-1 students must have insurance, first you may go to the university health clinic which is free  and seek the professional help. The nurse may suggest the OTC for the wart or may refer to the dermatologist, if you go through the proper channel it my not cost you much. So feel free to check these first rather than getting all suggestion from "निम हकिम" doctors like us.

Stupid Future Nepali Doctor haru...the Guy said..Wart on the Face...but he hasn't mentioned the exact location of the Wart on his Face and how old is the Wart?....it could be next to nose, may be inside the nostril, next to lip, on the eye lid. or around eyes...You won't be able to use those F***ng Nitrogen or  any other Wart Remover you can get on Pharmacy store if it's on that particular area as I have mentioned.

So far, I know and I have seen some people have done in south part of Nepal (Tarai Region) , If the Wart is on the corner of the eye lid, Kapas ma( here you can use Q-tip)  fresh Lime ko juice  ..three times a day...it was done on new and small wart..so it was gone in 8 days...This much i know.
