Momo $3.99
Chowmien $5.99
Chowela $5.99
Mutton Thali $8.99
Chicken Thali $6.99
Veg thali $6.99

Does the 3.99 momo also include the "C" momos. I use to like their C momos.

3.99 seems like a reasonable price for 10 pcs of momo. Indians have figured out a way to serve Chiken Biryani for 1.99 which is actually enough for a dinner and Nepalese seem to struggle on keeping a 4.99 menu.

How about bhat and chiken ko Jhool for 2.99 for one  ( A business idea for a restaurateur)??? This item could be a hit among North Lake students between their school and the gas station.

If you expect customer service on a 3.99 menu, shame on you once.

If you expect customer service from a person who makes 5.00 per hr to pay his tuition, shame on you again.

When you go to pick up a 3.99 menu food, you go pick up the food and hope that it tasted good.

ok i ate the vegetarian thali today.....omg worst food ever
wht hapened to the tama alu no bodi in it...there was no salt in either saag or kauli....i only liked the mulako achar...after reading ur arguments i went there n i so regret it.....

i seldom eat out coz of the quality issues n i love cooking
n i tell u this was my first n last time ever btw i will pay $12 dollars for a thali if the food is good but  wht a waste of food .......btw plzzzz as a suggestion keep the same price wid the same ingredients u can still do so much better..

Give them a break and some appreciations guys its our own nepali restaurant!! I love every food over there! Esp Chi momo Chowmein n fried rice! Foods are delicious! I never seen nothing bad happening or wrong or bad food anytime I go there neither I  felt sick eating or drinking from there!! Everythings cool there!I enjoy it everytime! please guys have right eyes and thoughts for our own community and help them grow!

totally agree with G_n_R, why can't you just appreciate somebody's effort in your community to try to present something thats makes us feel home away from home... i go over there so often too... never been sick or never had bad food. ya sometimes things happen..."mistake is human", but you cant just hold on to it and say shit about them man.... 


they have steped up do something for the community... and it has its Unique NEPALI Identity and also look at those many employment opportunities they have created....


 come on guys, leave behind the "khutta tanne" tradition.... and move on.


im not trying to defend or offend anybody...  but i should speak for the community.... good luck for your future :)

whats your point??? define customer service and think how you treat your customers wherever the F*** you work, gas station, mall watever?? quit complaining. if you don't like it, u don't go.

My point is when you have a business that deals with Customer then there needs to be a good Customer Service. People don't expect great customer service from fast food joint because it's fast food and the only time you're talking to server/cashier is when you're ordering food or paying. When people go to a restaurant they expect server/host/waitress to have a good attitude and give good customer services.

guys,


I went there yesterday. Chicken momo has a reasonable price, but C MOMO s freaking expensive comparatively. I ordered a chicken momo (steam) and a C momo which cost me around $11.50. Then, I figured it out that they haven't chnaged the price for C momo. And, Why the hell wud i pay $3 plus something extra for that sauce, onions and chillies. They need to adjust the price for C momos accordingly. When Laligurans or hot and spicy  don't sell C momo doesn't mean that h. aroma doesn't need to change the price owing to that they dont have competetive threat on that. Owner acted cleverly, but think form all sides. Although i dont hate this restaurant that bad as i wanna appreciate them of having here in our community.

Sorry for the inconvinience  we will have a new menu with lower price on most of our food  and new food item on the menu it will be ready soon thank you.


   As for the service remark our staff over here is trying hard to make our service better if you have any bad situation to discuss please see me personally or binod dai so we know what is going on. Everybody who is complaining about our service atleast if you guys tell us we know what is the reason behind it.Thank you.

I donn know how u ppl define customer service as, its not abt bad customer service, its abt ur attitudes dick heads. U take out ur frustrations which make u feel bad. If the quality of food is gud, then ull definately like to go to tht place again n again. All matters is gud service, if u think tht ull satisfy when hosts come to u all the time wid her mouth open wide then go find some strippers club. N those who compain abt the spices,donn u see salt n pepper in ur table to add to ur satisfaction.


And to talk abt the price,donn compare to those nasty indian restaurants who sells disgusting food. I think market competition should be fair, but donn compromise in ur quality for the quantity. As u cannt satisfy each customer, u have to give ur best shot. N personally i think this new management is doing great. Business is all about patience, if u fail then ur business will turn down.

I would not expect great customer service in a Nepali restaurant. What I expect is that people don't be rude towards me and don't serve me stale food. We should be disappointed much regarding customer service, because we can build relations later on with the owner and staffs by visiting frequently and tipping good; nevertheless, food has to be hygienic and tasty to eat. Let's not be greedy and try to appreciate what we got.

As I am writing this post I am eating H.aroma. I decided not to go back there again,but I wanted to try one list time. here is what it happened:

म रेस्टुरेन्टमा गएँ र कुखुराको थाली अडर गरेँ। घर ल्याएर खान सुरु गरेँ । यसो बट्टा खोलेँ- साग त डाँठबाहेक केहीपनी थिएन । उसिनेको साग--डाँठ मात्र--अनी र नुन न खुर्सानी न मसला । अब आलु काउली तरकारीको कुरा गरौँ--आलु त मैले एक पिसपनी भेट्टाइँन, दुई चार गेडी हरियो केराउचहीँ थियो क्यार, काउलीको ठुलो ढयाक्क परेको पिस-एकै पिस मात्र थियो फेरी। अनी उही रामकहानी--उसिनेको न नुन, न मसला। मासु चाँहीँ संख्याको हिसाबले ५ पिस जती थियो क्यार- तर उही गती मसला राम्रोसँग लागेको थिएन । समष्टिगतरुपले भन्नुपर्दा म अरोमा कुनै पुर्वाग्रह र दुर्भाव लिएर गएको थिइन । मैले सोचेँकी नेपाली बिज्नेस हो, आफ्नो लोक्यालिटिमा नेपाली रेस्टुरेन्ट भएको त राम्रै कुरा हो । यदी खान राम्रो भएको खन्डमा फेरी फेरी पनि आउँला भनेर सोच बनाएको थिएँ । तर आजको खान ले आइ अल्मोस्ट थ्रीइउ अप । अरोमा को स्तरोन्नतीको लागि के गर्नुपर्ला त मिस्टर साहुबा, अँकल ।

I used to go to this place when Mohan dai and Gurung dai used to manage. Then I moved from Irving and after sometime we went again I think management change. caz I didn't see Mohan dai and Gurung dai  . We order some and eat there i didn't like it. We made some pork item to go. When I get home and start eating with my friends it was really horrible. We can't even finish it. Then after a month  I went there and I order Chicken thali.. And it is really bad. I called the waiter and asked did the cook change and she said 'yes'.


I never went there after the send time with new management.


Before you advertise here Sajha you really need to take care of food in your restaurant and customer service. I think temptation is better then this place.
