Anybody won DV lottery while on F1 visa and successfully got a greencard either by AoS or CP? Also, if anybody knows of a good, experienced immigration lawyer who knows issues related DV lottery, please share their contact information.

i did get the GC through AOS ??? what do you need help with???

I got selected and sent the DS-230 and DSP-122 to KCC, choosing to do CP. Now it looks like I will have trouble travelling outside the country until my DV interview despite my valid F-1 visa. Anybody has had a similar experience?

BTW, anybody knows of a good immigration lawyer familiar with F1/DV issues in the New York area?

 I have been selected for 2012 DV and have been studying here in U.S. I want to adjust my status. Could you please help me how can I adjust the status? Could you please give a detail process how you successfully adjusted your status? How long did it take? 

Also, the last date of visa for 2012 DV lottery is Sep 30, 2012. So is it possible to complete the process of adjustment of status within 2 months?

What are your case Nos.. I m not asking of the exact no, just the range... Sometimes, its diffcult to fall in the cut off slot for DV.. Best of luck!

 dont worry about the case No.... for the last couple of years.....every person have got the 2nd letter .....

 and one more thing.... my friend also got dv while on f1 ..... after AOS..... she was given an interview date which was around late feb or early march....
