Hello sajha expert haru,
I am currently at texas studying at a college.I dont have a SSN.I talked with the advisor and she told me that get a IndividualTax Payer I D No from the Social Security Office and you might get the Tax Return .I dont know anything about that kind of stuffs.K garne hola ...

Ask the adviser to provide the form so you can send it . Do you work? Within campus? Then they may able to get you a ss number?
