ppl usually dont pay attention to this type of thing in sajha. Just put some cheap political isssues eveyone will jump showing how intelligent they are.

 thanx sanju baba. Previously i used to write in unicode with but now with slow internet speed its hard to write with that. So nowadays, i am writing in Preeti font. Is there any problem reading in this font? i m not sure because it's ok in my laptop. Do we need that font to be installed to read something in that font in webpage? m not sure. any suggestions?

Thanx nepali_superman for the question. But i am sorry, it's very hard to tell the exact dose of garlic to eat daily. because its not like an allopathic drug recommended with exact dose. Studies have shown it to reduce LDL and increase HDL but not sure about the dose.

I know many times we quote things that we have heard of as it is a fact. I had heard that about garlic too, but recently I had heard that they had found no efficacy of garlic in curing cholesterol. I did a google search and here it is:
